I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual. I work collaboratively with clients, incorporating their input and adapting therapy flexibly to maximise effectiveness.
My treatment approach is informed by research, training, and clinical experience. I draw on schema therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy.
