  • I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual. I work collaboratively with clients, incorporating their input and adapting therapy flexibly to maximise effectiveness.

    My treatment approach is informed by research, training, and clinical experience. I draw on schema therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy.

  • The following fees are the upfront costs before any applicable Medicare rebate, meaning your out-of-pocket expense may be lower.

    In-person services (click link)

    • Standard therapy (50 mins): $265

    • Extended therapy: $280 per hour

    • After-hours surcharge: +$20 for any consult finishing after 5 p.m.

    • Assessments, diagnostic services, or consults with additional attendees:  $300 per hour

    • ADHD Diagnostic Assessment: conducted over multiple sessions, 6 - 8 hrs of clinician time (inc. diagnostic interviews, collateral input, psychometric measures, report)

  • Medicare rebates are available for psychological treatment provided by registered psychologists.

    For the 2024-25 period, the Medicare rebate with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan is:

    • $141.85 per session with a Clinical Psychologist

    • $96.65 per session with a Registered Psychologist
