I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual and informed by my research, training, and clinical experience. I work collaboratively with clients, incorporating their input and adapting therapy flexibly to maximise effectiveness.
I draw on schema therapy, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy.

Medicare rebates are available for psychological treatment provided by registered psychologists.
For the 2025-26 period, the Medicare rebate for psychology services via a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan is:
$145.25 per consult with a Clinical Psychologist or $98.95 with a Registered Psychologist

The following fees are the upfront costs before any applicable Medicare rebate. Out-of-pocket amount is after Medicare rebate.
Standard consult: $265 for 50 minutes ($120 out-of-pocket)
Extended consult: $280 per hour ($135 out-of-pocket)
After-hours surcharge: +$20 for any consult finishing after 5 p.m.
Assessments, diagnostic services, or consults with additional attendees: $300 per hour
ADHD Diagnostic Assessment: conducted over multiple sessions, 6 - 8 hrs of clinician time (inc. diagnostic interviews, collateral input, psychometric measures)
The National Schedule of Suggested Fees for a standard 46 to 60-minute Psychology consult is $318.
